Summerland star Jesse McCartney is treating his fans with a new single. The pop musician is set to release his brand-new song “Faux Fur.“
Jesse McCartney Drops New Single “Faux Fur”
Earlier in the week, the singer posted a video snippet of “Faux Fur,” sharing some of the lyrics while announcing the single. In the video, McCartney was casually singing the song. The “Beautiful Soul” singer also asked his fans to pre-save the song on audio-streaming platforms.
McCartney has already teased the single a week ago. On Instagram, the singer posted a picture of a word puzzle, challenging his fans to guess the title of his single.
“There are 7 words in this scramble. 3 you may have seen before. Can you guess the new song title? Hint: it’s 2 words. Comment your guesses and stay tuned for a reveal in a few days!,” he wrote.
One fan guessed “Caviar” while another fan said the song could be titled “Champagne Toast.” Others assumed that that the single could be “Chauffeur” and “Manicure.”
Most recently, McCartney paid tribute to the people behind the single. There, he revealed that he collaborated with singer-songwriter Carole King. In the comments, many of his followers expressed their amazement that McCartney has worked with the “Better With You” singer.
He Reached One Million Spotify Followers Ahead of 2024
Before 2024 kicked off, McCartney celebrated having one million followers on Spotify. He shared the achievement on Instagram, thanking his fans for the support.
“Milestone! Thanks to @spotify and all one million of you! Can’t wait til next year,” he wrote.
Upon seeing his post, his fans took to the comment section to congratulate the singer on his accomplishment.
“And you deserve every single one! not one skip in your discography king!” one fan wrote.
“Looks like 1 million people know what good music is, Jesse. Bravo,” another fan wrote.
“Still my number 1 artist on Spotify!!!! I can’t wait until you do another tour. I’m still dreaming about the last one!” another fan wrote.
